Labour Law Associate

We are currently looking for a Labour Law Associate

Qualifications
    • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Law LLB / LLM
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with labour law cases
    • Current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
    • Result-oriented, pragmatic and hands-on
    • Customer oriented, entrepreneurial
Tasks & Responsibilities
      • Advising (international) clients on the hiring of employees, terms and conditions of employment as well as the dismissal of employees
      • Drafting and reviewing and, if necessary, amending (English) employment agreements and policies
      • Drafting / reviewing / amending other labour law related documents
      • Respond to questions of our international clients with regard to Dutch labour law
      • Responsible for diverse and complex labour law issues such as; reorganisation, sickness, harmonising employment conditions, labour conflicts, dysfunctioning, etc
