German speaking International Payroll Associate

We are currently looking for a German speaking International Payroll Associate

Qualifications
    • A completed Bachelor degree level in a relevant direction (Accountancy or Tax)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience with international payroll, preferably German market
    • Good oral and written skills in German, English and Dutch
    • Strong sense of responsibility
    • Customer-oriented and commercial attitude
    • Able to work with tight deadlines
    • Preferably knowledge of different salary processing systems
    • Good knowledge of Excel, affinity with IT
Tasks & Responsibilities

        You conduct correspondence with foreign partners for the purpose of international payroll,
        including passing on transactions, output and processing payments

        Answer questions from customers regarding international payroll issues

        Proactively contact colleagues from other teams to come up with the best solution for the customers

        You contribute to the improvement of the service of international payroll

        Timely, accurate and complete (to have) recorded and processed the payroll transactions

        Respond timely, correctly and completely to payroll issues of customers

        Correct (digital) archiving of payroll documents according to guidelines
