What does the incorporation of a B.V. involve and can Briddge set it up?

A B.V. (in Dutch: Besloten Vennootschap - a limited liability company) is incorporated by the execution of a notarial deed and consequently the registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Briddge can guide you through the incorporation process and help prepare the required documents. We will send you a questionnaire to collect information regarding the envisaged company structure, first directors, the proposed capital, etc. A number of documents will be required to be submitted with certification and apostille after which the notary will be able to incorporate your company.
