As an Onboarding Client Manager within Briddge, you are the main point of contact for new clients. You independently develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients during the client onboarding process. To serve as a point of contact to coordinate and maintain an overview of the work performed by the relevant teams with the aim of providing client with a seamless one-stop-shop experience. Collaborate with Department Heads and colleagues to support training of new hires and junior team members, as required.
You coordinate all agreed activities and you will be involved in planning and organizing the resources needed to carry out these activities.
In doing so, you apply financial controls so that everything is managed in the right direction. You’ll provide them with solicited and unsolicited information about the services we can provide and will make sure they will have an optimal experience with Briddge.
You act as the main point of contact when it comes to communication between the various teams of Briddge and the client. You are concerned with the organizational vision of the service providing and ensure that this is further developed, with support from the other teams within Briddge.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensuring a high-quality client onboarding experience by correctly setting up the services provided to new clients, guiding the client through and monitoring all services in the start-up phase
- Providing information to and negotiating prices with clients regarding Briddge’s services
- Introducing new clients to different teams within Briddge
- Taking care of the detailed and correct administration of clients and ensuring correct and comprehensive billing
- Generation of new business (cross-selling) through relationship management
- Evaluate and propose adjustments for budget management with regards to fixed fee agreements and in general
- Signal problems and systematically investigate the various components and searching for a solution in cooperation with various team in Briddge
- Plan and monitor ongoing processes and provide effective solutions where necessary, in cooperation with the various departments within the organization
- Delegate, monitor and escalate the incoming issues of clients appropriately, with help of the other teams within Briddge
- Responsible for budget management with regards to fixed fee agreements
- Maintain a detailed and well organized client administration
- Monitor and continuously improve existing and new processes with a view to enhance client service delivery

Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's or Masters degree in Legal and/or a Financial direction, with few years of relevant work experience within a similar organization and/or position
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication is essential, with proficiency in Dutch considered a valuable asset
- Prepare and able to get to know the internal organization quickly and easily
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in Dutch and English
- Commercial but mostly service- and client oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Helicopter view with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Pragmatic and hands on
- Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure and handle high stress situations
- Capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment, while also adept at skillfully prioritizing tasks based on urgency
- Able to work independently, as well as a part of the team
A certificate of conduct (VOG) is required for the position and a reference check is also part of the application procedure.
